SPIDER-Y Ambassadors
SPIDER-Y has always been at the forefront of awareness and inclusion, along with always promoting disability sports in Leeds and Yorkshire, so it is our pleasure to welcome to our ever growing number of supporters, some of our past and present players who represent Great Britain at the highest level in their sport, to become Ambassadors of SPIDER-Y and Leeds Spiders Wheelchair Basketball Club.

Harry Brown - Great Britain Men's - Player and also GB U23 Captain
Harry played for Spiders in 2012 -2013 season Division One after many years of training with spiders through the Yorkshire juniors training session, also Harrys brothers Jack and Joseph play pivotal roles in the current teams both playing and Coaching.
His mum Nicky is a big part of the Club and the charity and workshard behind the scene's on the committee at SPIDER-Y.
Sophie Carrigill Great Britain Women's Captain
Sophie first came to Spiders in September 2011 and picked up the game straight away with in weeks she joined the team on the annual trip north to Scotland, and there was no looking back Sophie was featured on the One show for Children in Need Special, and within months was selected for GB Women's Taster Camp. Its a pleasure and honour for both these players to be involved at such and elite standard and to say there part of the SPIDERS family.
